Made a start on the exhaust system, am using 2.25" stainless steel tube from Columbia Mandrel Bends for the 'Y' pipe, into a 3" Magnaflow muffler. Is a bit more involved than a regular build due to having the 3 link on the front and using the x-member to mount the front drive shaft steady bearing.

Rear will probably be dual 2.5's once I work out the routing of the pipes over the top 4 links. Need to make sure it'll all clear at full bump & flex.

Andy - did you have to shave anything for the front driveline to clear?
My front isn't stock, has the center (steady) bearing bolted to the 3 link x-member. I did cut & shut the exhaust manifold 1.5" but that's cause I made the down section too long in the first place. Still need to actually get some Tom Woods drive shafts made up but as the exchange rate is shit, there on the back burner till it's closer to actually going back onto the road.

Hopefully it'll all clear at full stuff
