300tdi whistle on acceleration

@WreckITFrank Did you ever find out what was causing this? I have something similar but it’s at 8psi or higher of boost. The more boost the louder it gets. I’m going to go back through all of my post turbo lines to see if I can find my issue.

Yes, it was the quality welding the po did on the exhaust. Pinhole leak in the tailpipe.

What a wild turn of events. I wasn’t expecting that answer at all. I have found that original Land Rover owners have to be some of the worst craftsman and maintenance people on the planet. I’m not surprised at all that your previous owner had something to do with it!
