200TDI Turbo Technics VGT – Need Help Identifying 3-bolt Discharge Flange

Hey folks,

A few years back I upgraded my 200TDI OEM turbo to a Turbo Technics VGT via Allisport (I believe it’s the 5233-B model, but the stamp is tough to read).

I’m now getting a leak at the turbo exhaust downpipe and want to fabricate a new one using a V-band flange instead of the original cast setup.

I need a turbo discharge flange that fits the outlet of this turbo so I can weld to it. I haven’t removed the turbo yet and wanted to check if anyone knows:

• The correct flange size or spec
• A compatible Garrett model number with the same outlet dimensions
• Or a source for a weld-on flange that fits

I’m aiming for something like this: Vibrant Performance V-Band Flange - Summit Racing

Appreciate any guidance. Thanks in advance.

The flanges generally do not have designations. They are just by shape and bolt distance.

If you do some measuring you'll be able to tell if like an eBay flange will work.

Thanks for the heads up, Matthew. I will remove and measure. Hope that link matches/measures up, it is exactly what I need with the v-band flange.

There are about a billion options I just found that one through a cursory search.

I've used https://customfabshop.com to make some truly unique stuff. They prob have what you need and it will be better than eBay quality too
