That's cool. Do you switch back and forth from the cab to the open top? How long does it take?

I actually switched it over Wednesday night. It's not really that bad. I didn't get the headliner in until Thursday evening. But, I would say about 3-4 hours tops. I swapped all the rear seat bolts out to Rivnuts so I don't have to hold back up the remove the seats from the rear fenders. And, I just left the seatbelt brackets in place and removed just the belts themselves. That helps.

I am going to get an additional hoop bent up for the front section as the main roll bar on the Tithonus interferes with the cab. That way I can put the entire rear cage back on with the truck cab.

I am thinking bimini top and leave the rear seats in. I pulled them so they don't get rained on until then however.

I did. My bulkhead brackets didn't have any powder coat on them when the truck arrived and the feet on the rear portion were starting to peel and rust. I fortunately really like galvanizing on a Rover. It's still a little bright, but ,it's starting to age now.

I did get a little lazy and left the front plate in the truck bed. I just really didn't feel like drilling out all those huge rivets the day I did it. I will get it on another trip to the galvanizers I am sure.

Thanks, it's coming along. I appreciate no one mentioning how I was to lazy to paint the cab to match.

I'm at the point now myself whether to take out the front cage support plates or not. I want to take them out and don't mind taking out the huge rivets but no clue where to get replacement huge rivets to fit when reassembling. Also, I'm not quite sure my air rivet gun would hold that huge of rivets to reinstall.

Anyone know where to get those huge rivets and what size gun would be needed to put them back in?

Figure I have everything else off the truck I might as well take these off and send them in with the cage for powder.
