Curious what the 16”
Options are/recommended size specific to what BFGR carries in the AT. Not interested in debating brands. 110sw with +2” lift.

235/85 will just work. 265/75 will be the same diameter but wider, which some like, and some don't. 255/85 would be taller and result in better ground clearance, at the cost of greater drivetrain strain. However, 255/85 is not offered in the KO2 (AT).

If you really want pizza cutters you have to go xzl or super swamper.

I'd still go with bfg if you don't want a 100lb tire!

235/85. No lift though on the 110. For the most part on the past / current Rovers usually use this size. Exception is D1 as keeping it completely stock. And the ‘95 D90 that used 265 which personally feel was too wide.

I have the 7.5R16 KM3s, stock height 110, let me know if you want a pic. I'm a big fan of this tire.
In Brasil the 7.5R16 was the stock Defender tire size. The “upgrade” was the 235/85. 😁 XZL was usual offering. Should have brought back 4 in the household goods container when leaving.

With ur 2” lift, the 235 might look a little lost in the wheel well for me. My 110 w/genuine springs and 235 ATs has plenty of clearance for the trails I’ll use a 110 on.

my vote BFG 255/85/r16
I don't think they ever offered the AT in the 2555/85R16. It is what I run but in the MT version---and since he asked for no substitutions, I am going to not recommend a dang thing from BFG since the AT is not in this awesome size... I know what I would get next in an AT though...

Can you advise what the tread width is on the 7.5 KM3, not the section width shown in the specs. I think I would loose performance in my 200tdi 110 by going up to 255. A pic would be great as well. Thx

You won't lose any measurable performance between the two. Maybe like 1 mi an hour?
