130 rims

Ok, I am in long term planning mode. I know 130s originally came with wolf rims. What other options do I have? I've seen lots of pics, but very little data if the rim is made for that added weight.. here is my starting canvas...

Stancey, I believe 130s came with the ANR1534 which is what your red wheel on front looks to be....

The rear wheel looks too narrow to be a 1534...

You should try to get a full set of those on your truck before it comes over as they are highly sought after (for some reason)

130s or 127s as they were originally known, had the 6.5 rim of the ANR1534.
The rear look narrower, suggesting someone put undersized 5.5 inch rims on. Given the condition of the front tire or tyre, it might be a case of what they had around the shop to keep it on four wheels. I wouldn't hesitate to put it on new Wolfs and tires before bringing it over here.

Winch looks to be hydraulic if the gauge is anything to go by. Sliders look to be Galvanized and nicely done.
I also swear that I've seen pictures of that truck FS before.

Here is a little info on it based on the number plate

6.5 all the others are 5.5. 5.5s do not look right.

Disco steel rims are a good choice, too.

Those rear boxes are also wider than the bed makes it look off.

Plans for it? Not sure. It started off as some light mechanical work (timing belt, hoses, etc..) and it has accidentally morphed into removing the box to fit a tub, poss new galv doors, rims, tires, seats, etc.... pretty much all the expensive stuff to ship. I️ know that the rear doors needed some work, hence the possible door changeout. I️ saw a magnificent picture of a gray 130 and an Arles blue 110 (river mike)that swayed me towards a body on restoration... love those colors...

Are you having the work performed in UK? If so, see if the will get a new V5 with you as owner listing their address. It keeps paperwork easier for the DMV to see you already owned it.

On my 127, I am going with tubeless Wolf wheels. Strong and fairly inexpensive. Get Genuine LR not knock-off. If you are putting a tub on it, have them put a spare carrier in tub (LR setup) or a spare carrier on rear.

Congrats on truck, and the wait will kill you, lol.
