A collection of parts assembled in such a way as to resemble a 110 HCPU, though not actually a truck (no title, not titleable, please don't ask if it can be because it can't). I picked this up to use the HCPU bed, canvas and rear bulkhead to convert my 110 pickup into a HCPU. However, as I don't have enough time to tackle the car projects I already have underway, fold the laundry, do performance reviews at work, etc. I've realized this isn't going to happen. Keeping it around will make me sad and my wife mad and cause the kids to continue to ask "when is Daddy going to do something with that defender?" which isn't really helpful . . .

The Good:
This is a treasure trove of good parts. It has a rebuilt 2.5 NA out of a tithonous truck. We drove it last weekend and outside of the throttle cable needing attention, it pulls very well and didn't smoke much at all. It shifts gears the transfer case seems happy and the brakes work. The canvas is exmoor and in good shape, bulkhead is a great candidate for restoring on the bench and most of all it's a complete truck so it has every little bit and bob that you'd spend a fortune and countless hours sourcing. It runs and drives and is essentially complete.

It is sold as is, where is but you're welcome to come see it, kick it's (bald) tires, drink a beer and BS about rovers. I'm happy to answer questions but I honestly know very little more than is in this ad. I'm happy to take more pictures, but you likely get the gist of it from the attached pictures and video. As for price, it owes me $3500. I can ask $4000 and you can beat me down to $3500 if it makes you happy. I'll give it a week or two here and then ebay it. I'm happy to hold it with payment.
