I'd heard of Britannica Restorations in Quebec quite some time ago. Recently I noticed the fellow was posting in the LS thread on the other site and curiosity got me looking @ a couple of his youtube videos. Because the guy is doing exactly what we do only 1000 miles North of us I find myself watching more of his videos. Seems like the same things that irritate the hell out of me touch him as well.
This one definitely struck a nerve on the parts quality and time lost that you cannot bill for looking up part no's and shopping for parts for a customer rig.
