High EGT after changing the timing belt

He is what has transpired to this point.
My camshaft seal was leaking so I replaced it, the crank seal and the timing belt. It runs great but the EGT is way hotter than before. I can hit 1250 in 3rd gear which I couldn't do pre belt change. The flywheel and the IP were locked up and the camshaft cog marking is aligned with the mark on the case.

The last belt was installed by Safari HP and I know they did mess with the fueling screw afterwards.

Opinions? Could a possible leaking intercooler hose cause this? I'm stumped!

I mean, you changed the timing belt, thats the only variable I presume...

Likely either you changed the timing or you corrected it. Unless safari HP was a few teeth off and compensated with the fueling screw you're going to have to fine tune it.

You can also adjust the timing of the IP without going through the belt procedure (full) before you do anything else. I'd start there.
