There were a couple of Chevy Colorado diesels at the Vermont Overland Rally. They looked good but didn't hear how they did on the trails.
I test drove the a Colorado diesel crew cab a year ago. It was pretty impressive although I didn't get too much drive time.
I think AEV Chevy is done just right. I love the color and color matched wheels. Clearance looks good. The winch and snorkle are integrated and have a clean look.
I would ditch the LED light bar and would prefer a classic round Hella but can understand the light bar. A bolt-on piece could be made to tie the rear bumper to the bed rack to protect the rear corners. Pretty slick that just a 1.5" lift can clear 35" tires. What is crazy is 35's don't even look big on that vehicle. The guys on Road Kill were saying there is no more mini trucks - I can see what they are talking about with this build.
A mini Suburban (4dr) or Blazer (2dr) would be sweet
