WTB LR3 or LR4

I thought I'd throw this out there even though it's not a Defender. We are looking to get an LR3 or LR4. Preferably LR4 with steering wheel heat.

These are the search criteria I've been given:

Low mileage- ideally under 90k
3rd row
Tow package
Cold weather-seat heat front and rear
Known service history
$20k
NOT red

Just for additional information we just sold back out 2015 LR4 HSE with under 25K miles and we got the full payoff amount just under $45K. We sold it to the Mazda dealer since we where already buying a Mazda CX9 but the LR dealer said they would buy it as well. LR dealer said they are in great demand right now as the new Discovery isn't delivering in big numbers yet and LR4s are holding value. We where very happy with the later Jag V6SC engine but almost everything else was the same as earlier models.
