Wheel Cylinders

Pros or Cons regarding alloy, with hard anodized bore, vs cast iron wheel cylinders? OEM recently removed were alloy.

They will all fail eventually, wheel cyl just seem to be trash nowadays.

I did note that when I ordered wheel cyl from rockauto a few years back (using Nas 110 as the model) they came in generic boxes but were original Lucas Nos cylinders. Also very cheap

They were the AUTOSPECIALTY/KELSEY-HAYES brand, $18 a pop

The OEM stuff uses aluminum housings with steel pistons. I thought the OE brake system was Lockheed, now AP, not Lucas (Girling), now Delphi.
