Looking for a Single peg step (or an oh shit handle)

Hi all,

My truck has some basic rock sliders on it. While I want to put steps on the side to ease entry, instead of the $200 step, I was thinking a single peg/step would do the trick... something like this peg or this step. Problem is the slider isn't big enough to fit the bracket for the step.

Anyone have a solution besides the standard steps off of Rovers North?

My 110 has non tree bar sliders and flip up steps. They fit fine together and are quite usable. RN has various options, and sometimes they pop up used in sale section.

I put these on my 110 sliders I drilled a hole in the top square area and drilled and tapped the back side of the slider. Two bolts and it holds great and easy to remove when going in the trails.

I’ve got 4 of the folding steps that are a bit beat up. if you wanted to disassemble them and repaint them, they’d be pretty ok. A couple need more serious straightening, but they still fold and function.
