Leaking Doors

My passenger door has a waterfall when it rains. Water comes from the top near the front half of the door. In the last year: new doors seals, new window gasket, new seal between door and door top, new stainless steel quick nuts and studs.

How do I adjust this to end the falls? It's splashing me in the driver's seat.

Thanks,
Alex
