Im not much for bling but do appreciate the many options out there for a front grill. Just looking to see what you all have chosen for your trucks. Also, would like to identify which were actually genuine offerings, as it's hard to figure out what is real and what is a "style" of grill.

A few I am considering.
  • SDO Grill
  • Stage 1 (repop)
  • Tiktaalik metal (pre prod)

only ever saw that on the site, that looks like you could use it as a sand ladder if needed. thanks for posting.
I saw/held I think this same one in person at Greek Peak, its the raged out Hulk of "grills".

That said, I like the Terrafirma honeycomb grill I put on a few years ago, I do wish it was a bit heavier duty, but alas.

Looks like it sagged in the middle because of missing bottom center screws. I see it often with factory grills too.

its rigid, and spotwelded, so likely needs to be cut and reworked a bit. not very much flex which is fine, also needs that slight radius on the top, which i need to add or there is a gap. still one of a kind and would have been one of the nicest out there. I have some other prototype stuff too i want to use.

I trim my grill at the moment, but if I didn't have to, I would run the Tiktaalic grill. If I could find one. If anyone has a used one, feel free to pm me!

Aside from the cost, I love the metal reproductions of the stock grill, but my winch is tucked in so close the grill needs to be trimmed around it to fit, so they wouldn't be an option I'd assume :(

I might be able to trim the Tiktaalik aluminum one, since it still has the multiple rows of supports, but does it actually sag like the stock one?!? If so, kind of makes me wonder why bother, that is really my only beef with the stock grill.

Guess it doesn't matter since it appears to be like most NAS specific parts now - UNOBTANIUM

Double
