Canvak?

I don't know the history of the soft top I have on the Series. I also drove the truck daily all winter, and parked it in and outside in the rain. It only had minimal leaks, and the canvas always beaded up the water pretty well. But I knew that it had been a good long time since it was treated. So last summer I treated it with Canvak on a nice hot run of days.

Now, the canvas just soaks up the water, and eventually actually starts dripping inside the cab....

So you got 4-6 months out of the treatment? Sounds pretty normal to me. Put more coats on next time.

Interesting... It was sitting in the garage a vast majority of that time. Also, the canvas was beading up before I treated it. It hadn't been treated for at least five years before that.
