If I were to replace the oil cooler this would be the third. I am blanking this off to replace it with an external fin type.
Has anyone else done this and if so got pictures.
Have new housing and purchased hose and new cooler and fittings, awaiting arrival, should be 2 weeks, then machine shop to blank off un-used ports. Parts diagram shows oil in and oil, out there are ports to tap for fitting; this does not appear to be that difficult. (famous last words).
Where did you mount yours?
