The 6x6 here belongs to a client. He's got two and one needs to go to finance what he wants to build out of the other, so this one is very much for sale. I've imported about 10 now for different clients. Some where ambulances, some have been the double cab's and the rest have been single cab cargo trucks.
They hold the road much better in a turn even with the non pavement friendly xzl's, ie less understeer. The aussie ones are leaf sprung in the rear and are rated for a huge payload and drive like a cargo truck. The perentie 6x6 weighs around 9400 lbs curb weight. these were designed to haul a couple of tons of cargo cross country.

I may end up getting an M1079(4x4) or M1085(6x6) someday as a project if I end up sitting lots of reserve for an airline.

Ha! I guess it depends on who you work for. Our reserves work a lot but then again we are a lean, mean fighting machine.

I'm leaning towards FedEx. I'd probably buy the cheapest piece of land outside Memphis and build a huge garage with a bedroom above it. Any reserve I sit is going to be away from family if I get hired by them.
