Shorting brown to white initiates things happening including the sci fi noise from the glow plug timer, so I am going to assume it activates the fuel shut solenoid. Short brown to red/white does *not* kick the starter over, it causes the left most (yellow) relay box below the under dash fuses...

Here is today's update.. tore the dash off for the most part, it was dead easy which is nice. Disconnected auxillary lines from the battery positive terminal, no effect. Found two more inline fuses in the dash behind the a/v, both good, all inline and vehicle fuses have been checked. Wiring...

Multimeter shows 12.7v now at battery, I have 11.1v at fuel shut solenoid in accessory position. Dash warning lights, gauge lights, , door locks, interior lights, headlights, and HVAC works / fuel gauge is slow to respond but eventually gets there, a/v screen works unless there is other system...

Well F me. I just jumped in it to get testing underway, the voltage was down to 11.6v last night though it was cracking over fine, I left it on the battery charger overnight, read 14.5v when I got in and the car smells vaguely like burning lol. Turned the key to arm and heard a creaking...
