That makes more sense. You both just had the exact same response on the two sites. He must have cut and pasted

He changed the first part in an attempted jab towards Chris Snell, possibly myself, and I think everybody that is on this site. I don't understand his beef. That's what I'm saying. http://www.defendersource.com/forum...d-site-searching-148638-4.html#post1919663196

What he doesn't understand is that Chris has explained that situation multiple times and explained his regret with regards to it. I know he'll read this. That's the best part of posting it here instead of over there. http://www.defendersource.com/forum...very-xd-eco-challenge-72580-2.html#post768026

I can assure you Mgreenspan is NOT Cowboy. I have met Gspan and he is what owning Rovers is about to include the trials and tribulations. Cowboy, not sure what his "thing" is.

Straight up, i did a search over there to see what his shite stirring vs contribution percentage was, I think it was 70/30. Little to no value in his posts there or anywhere.

And seriously, Chris deleted a thread a while ago, previous to NAS-Row due to personal stuff and a threat. I get it, it happens. Reasonable people would get it too. Cowboy seems to think previous owners are exempt, because they are previous. Cowboy just likes to dredge up shite, so lets refer to him as #Kardashian1? A previous boss told me once "you can't argue with stupid" perhaps you "can't argue with Cowboy"?

Some of you may be familiar with machine learning/deep learning, where algorithms are trained with huge volumes of seed data that teaches them how to recognize and act on patterns efficiently. It was used by Apple for their Face ID product and Facebook for their porn detection. Anyway, I'm nearly convinced that Cowboy is an AI software bot that uses a deep learning algorithm, trained on the English language from fifteen years of Pirate 4x4 and DiscoWeb posts and trained on logic from the entire database of the CNN.com comment sections.

I don't know about all that, but I can tell you those members sure can post a high volume of off topic comments to where the story being told branches like the mind of an ADHD child. The result is a read that goes so far off subject that Johnny B had to split a recent thread into 2 parts.

When cowboy's posts were going in ADHD directions like Robert said and then quoted mgreenspan I was thinking 'bot'.

There is enough material on Pirate and DiscoWeb that a machine could find similar posts and just respond with what other users have.

And why do 'vintagepatina' and 'cowboy' have the same name and trucks?

vintagepatina changed his information to match cowboy solely to be a dick. He is a known community member using an anonymous account so that he can act like an asshole without any repercussions.

Why not just use his regular account, though? They aren't really repercussions on that site for anything except racism. And if you call somebody a douche it'll get deleted if they are offended and flag the post. Do you know who it is?

It’s so much easier to be an asshole and talk shit on the forums if nobody knows who you are.

Are we basically talking about the various threads over there that deal with poor workmanship, then being blocked by admin because someone gets angry that their work is getting shamed on the web? I’m kind of out of the loop.

Can you clarify? Which one is an alt-account: cowboy or vintagepatina?

Vintagepatina. Does your setup not flag duplicate accounts? It pops up automatically there.

It does, I just never look at it. Dave does all of the user management stuff and I am more focused on the backend server stuff so I rarely look at things like user IPs.

Carry on, vintagepatina. Your secret is safe with me. LOL

There are a few settings that will automatically flag people with “alter egos”.

Yes. The forum does that as duplicate accounts are not allowed. Mostly it is to watch for banned users trying to get back in.
