R380 Question

Driving the truck, I get a buzz in the shifter knob as I go from 1-2-3 gears.

One of the things that makes it better, is when I take more time to shift between the gears.

The other thing that seems to make it better is to really get the pedal all the way down to the floor.

I don't know enough about clutches and about the R380, and the way it should all feel, to know what is happening here.

The transmission is used, but the master, pipes, and clutch plate are all new.

Secondly, there is a clicking sound from the bell housing area. It is loud enough that I can hear it while driving anywhere under 60mph. It sounds like a kid with a card in the spokes of his bike wheel. It can be heard while in neutral, or while in gear, and it speeds up with RPMs.

The gears all seem smooth. It stays in gear. And there are no other odd or loud sounds. More test driving coming tomorrow, so I'll maybe report more then.
