There is only so much we can do over the internet.
But if you are down on power yet using more fuel than others, there is clearly something or somethings are wrong.
If fuel pump is good, if fuel and air filters are good, if the injectors are clean, if the intercooler, fuel lines, intake plumbing are in good condition and clean. Then we are down to timing belt (and tensioner) and lastly injector pump. I say lastly as its the most expensive part of the equation if it needs repair or replacment.
