I got sick of fogging up the inside of the 110 after and during heavy rain here. I decided to get one of these snow/rain intake cowls to solve my problem.
For the record I don't like how it looks but hate fogging up the interior of the windscreen as soon as I turn on the air.
After installing this I solved my problem but developed another. Now there is zero air flow with the heat running until I go full fan. Heat works perfectly without the cowl. I did not ever think about the heater functioning off ram air flow but now it's obvious it does. Anybody have any suggestions for a solution? I prefer having the heat full blast only versus the fogging issue so I can live with it.
