NAS 90 Running Lean

Currently having an issue of my 90 running lean and we can't figure what is wrong. Here's a list of things that have been replaced/checked:

- New fuel pump
- New fuel filter
- Computer switched out
- MAF Sensor switched out
- Air leaks checked
- New cats
- New O2 sensors
- Fuel pressure checked
- Injectors seam to all be working the way they should be
- Further it has new plugs, wires, distributor and coil

Open to any further suggestions

It should be noted that the passenger side is running lean, and then it attempts to correct itself on the driver side causing both sides to run lean
