88.5/89 RRC

Well, it's time. I'm not going to fix it, at least not anytime soon. I'll post pics at some point, I'm probably just dragging my feet. People leave notes every month or so asking about it, but no one is serious.

The skinny:
3rd owner 1989 RRC SWB Portofino Red. I call it an 88.5 because it's exposed hinges but 3.9 motor. I have absolutely everything that's ever happened to it documented, including window sticker and parts. 2nd owner was a Rover mechanic and I bought it when they upgraded to a '95. That was in 2007. I drove it 1000 miles home and around town for a month. Water pump blew so I replaced it. Drove it another week and noticed coolant on the valley gasket. Replaced it and it didn't take. It sat a year in the garage, maybe 2. I had a kid. Replaced everything to the head gaskets and then had another kid. It sat outside from 2015 to now. I turned the engine over and everything held fine, then the fuel pump quit. Never even got it on the road. The inside was awesome until the kids decided it was a better playhouse than the one I built. It's not bad, but it's got cracks now. It needs suspension bushings as well. The glass in the rear is good but the lock's frozen. The tailgate has some rust on it now. Usual rust and dings. Windshield is crack free. I want $1500 for the whole thing.

Here's the real deal - I know I can part it and get more - but I don't want to roll it back into the garage to do it. I could probably recycle all the aluminum on it and come close, but Rovers weren't meant for the furnace. Here's what's on it:
<li class="goodstuff">3" Rovertym springs <li class="goodstuff">Procomp 9000 +2 shocks <li class="goodstuff">Great Basin Rovers custom front driveshaft <li class="goodstuff">Extended stainless steel braided brake hoses <li class="goodstuff">Shop manuals and some spare parts <li class="goodstuff">British Bulldog Rock Sliders <li class="goodstuff">Front and Rear diff guards <li class="goodstuff">JATE rings <li class="goodstuff">Rovertym trailing links
