Suspension Question

Ive added a spare tire carrier, a step bumper and larger tires to the back of my 90 and have about an inch of sag. I'm planning on installing Rocky Road's OME 2" lift setup but wondering if I will need the heavy duty springs or if the "medium duty" (standard) can handle the weight of these accessories without sagging. Any advice would b greatly appreciated!

I have same parts, OME Medium springs rear and used the rubber spring isolator things on top. Happy with that setup.
