converting middle row lap belt to shoulder in a RRC

Has anyone converted the middle row lap belt to a shoulder belt? Curious about sourcing the correct belt and attachment points.

I did this in our 1996 D1. Sourced an outer-middle-row D1 shoulder belt (actually bought a full 2nd-hand set) and was able to continue using the center postion's double latch/buckle. The reel was mounted to the anchor in the rear floor using a small section of angle.
