I ordered what I thought was the correct part, PLE186, and they are too short.

Here is what I have. Mine are deeper and have a flange to the edge. What is the correct part # and do they cross reference with another part that I might be able to source locally? Mine has split and is flinging grease everywhere.

What axle is that-year splines and any modifications?

I believe you need FTC943 but please double check.

I am ashamed to admit I don't know. I believe it's the original axle on a 1983 110. No modifications that I know of.

PLE186 fro RN is the correct part. You will need to provide more details of the issue.

The early caps you can fit to the later axle drive members anyway. I have found the bearmach version to be the best.

I feel like a fool. I ordered two different caps. One was correct and one wasn?t. I was trying to fit the wrong one on and finally stopped and looked at all of the part numbers on the bags.
