Need help with a German company

I found a window coverings I want for the 110. The catch is the company is n Germany. I have a few questions and want to make sure I'm ordering the right parts.

Any German speakers willing to help me out?

To make things easier and faster for you, might I suggest perhaps just going ahead and writing your email in English, then use something like Bing Translator to convert it to German, then copy/paste that below your English email? That way, even if the translator makes something a little odd, they have your original intention to which they can refer.

Most folks in Germany with whom I have come in contact are able to converse with us, however even for those who are not comfortable doing so, written English is usually not a big issue as most have studied it in school.
