For those who like the old school feel of the giant early ROW steering wheels, (or don't have power steering 
), but want to update with a cover or wrap, such as those from wheelskins.com, the measurements are:
Diameter: roughly 42.5cm (~16.73 inches)
Circumference of the outer ring: roughly 8.5cm (~3.35 inches).
I have a 1986 110, so not sure what it is after the Defender name was introduced or when it changed.
