Looking for a brass thermostat housing plug that is tapped for a temp sender. 300tdi motor.

Thanks,
Alex

Temperature senders just go straight in. It is too small a size to bush. There are no smaller threads than 1/8" NPT.

Maybe you should provide more details on what you are attempting to do.

Unless you are meaning the fill plug.

That is 1/2" BSP. Plugs are cheap and available from any supplier for a few dollars. ERR4686B.

Is this for a Madman sensor?

I use the stock sender for temp, I want to add a low coolant sensor to the thermostat housing for the Madman. The plug in there right now is plastic, I'd rather less plastic in my life.

Madman sells a low coolant sensor specifically for that location. Part number 12BSP.

The sensor needs to be isolated from ground so there must be plastic somewhere.
