Helping a buddy out with his conversion. Any associated parts on hand, please let me know. Not in a hurry, not looking to build a $100K vehicle. Let me know what you have. Have a TD5 type dash but not sure if he wants the older type or not. Thanks.

Pre-TD5 dash parts
steering box
steering lines
heater box
binnacle and gauges
mph speedo
dash end grab bar
lower dash
upper unobtanium vent cover
upper dash support
parcel tray
lhd e-brake (may not move it)

Check with Safari on the heater box.
After swapping to VDO gauges, I'd go that route, especially as you can get your mileage reading corrected before shipment.
likely how we will go on speedo, was hoping someone already did that and had the old one laying around they didn't need to trip over anymore.

Went dark. Got some parts for 2002-2006 but maybe some health issues. Still in contact but nothing new lately. Pre 02 haven't had any luck.

In need a right side vent control if you guys have a spare. Damn things are $400 new which is insane

The VDO can be calibrated to your current mileage. If you go the VDO route it's very easy to set the speed and distance correctly, regardless of tire size and gear ratios.

i believe they are different part numbers for the brake, but i think we will just keep it where it is. I have seen before that some convert those 2 pieces, i guess it's self explanatory once you get into it. I assume the lower is just to cut for steering.
