Jason Lavender / Series Defender Outfitters kindly hosts a repository of technical manuals for NAS and ROW Defenders, which can be found here:

The electrical manuals are separate for NAS and later ROW Defenders but are included with the workshop manual for the earlier ROWs.
There are supplements for specific driveline components as well including R380 gearbox, LT230 transfer box, and 300Tdi engine overhaul.
I've attached below one that's missing from the SDO site, the 200Tdi workshop supplement.
