I am looking into an electrical issue and would like to test an area located in circled red from part of the wiring diagram. Does anybody know where this is located? I have never seen this symbol (the circle with black and white) before and curious what it is. Any help greatly appreciated. 1990 200tdi.

That is likely a splice which can be very difficult to find. On LR wiring diagrams they tell you how many millimetres the splices from the nearest connector, and even then they are tough to find.
