Where to Purchase Rebuilt Diffs

I’m ready to pull the trigger on some driveline parts and am looking for some advice on where to go.

Trying to source a front and rear rebuilt diff with lockers, and an ATB lt230.

I’ve gotten my stuff from Ashcroft in the past, but was not overly impressed with it. Some posts recently seem to reflect that and possibly indicate that it’s gotten worse.

I’ve seen a few people mention Winchester Gears in the UK and they seem like a good alternative. Have also read about GBR. Does anyone have any recent experiences with axles/tc and can recommend a place to purchase (or to avoid)? Thanks

After reading several comments about the other shops, specifically seeing a negative trend in their quality control, I decided to contact Winchester. I just bought a stage 2, 1.21 ratio LT230 from them. I ordered it in January and received it after about 8 weeks' lead time. I cannot give you a full review as I have not driven it yet (going into a r2.8 install). What I can tell you is the customer service was excellent. The packaging was very well done (wood crate, padding everywhere). The gearbox looks pristine and has all new hardware, it looks brand new. It is now fully installed and serviced. Looking forward to drive it soon! See photo with my old 1.4.

Would you be able to share the cost delivered? I'm potentially interested in a similar set-up.
Sure thing, DHL air freight to Fairbanks, AK was 325GBP. Took 3-4 days to arrive from England
Total was around 1700 GBP
