Where to get work done in north east

What kind of work? I'm in Manhattan and have a mechanic I use for routine things on my 110. They know their way around Rovers, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for more extensive work. When I needed some significant electrical work done last year, for example, I went to Trevor at British 4x4 in Elizabethtown, PA.

The list sofar(keeps growing). I have parts in hand. Pretty much my biggest concern is not bleeding the coolant right. If it wasn't for that I'd just do it myself.

I've used Sports and Classics. They're on 1st ave between 125th and 126th. They're likely to have a half dozen RRCs, Discos, 90s, etc up there at any time. Like many auto shops, they get mixed reviews, but the only time I've really questioned their abilities was when they replaced my steering box. There was a lot of confusion about what came out of my truck and what didn't. The front office guy there is Louis and is usually pretty responsive on phone/text.

That's pretty basic stuff imo, any old school mechanic should be able to take care of it.

Hardest one up there is probably the injectors because it takes a small amount of finesse.

I may end up doing most of this myself. My biggest concern is not bleeding the coolant system properly.

Bleeding coolant is pretty easy if you have the right tool, I bought a UView 550000 Airlift Cooling System Leak Checker and Airlock Purge Tool Kit from Amazon, very happy it and it seem to work quite well.
