I have Rover'ed in the USA, Canada, Mexico, England and Israel so a few of my dream trips have been done. My number one dream trip would be buying a Series 1 truck in Sydney AU and driving to Ayers Rock and back. I would then shipping my newly acquired truck back to Phoenix.
What is your dream Rover trip?

Currently planning a Baja trip for either late this year or early next. I did a portion of the TAT (Mid TN to southern CO) in September, but drove my Nissan Xterra - I'd like to complete it as well.

There's a lot of the US left for me to explore - most of the mid west and more. Argentina to Alaska has always been a dream trip. Spain to Istanbul and beyond.. Morocco and northern Africa - circumnavigate the Mediterranean by land (basically impossible today).

I guess everywhere. :)

Hmm, I guess it would be renting one and doing a self drive in Africa. I had decided to take my 90 on a 6 month or so trip through the SW/PNW US while I was waiting for them to fill my growler at the local brewery. BUT then it wouldn't start and when it did it wouldn't idle - made it home though. What that did was reminded me why I was taking the 4Runner. I will find other adventures for the 90 though.

At this point... anything! I’ve gotten past the idea that this will be epic, and I just want to escape for more than one or two nights. Even as I write this on a Friday night I’m worried about needing to get home and get started on my homework!

If I were to plan one right now, I’d be planning to go out to Eastern Oregon to a few spots where I’ve not yet been. Including some aircraft crash sites, and unique landscapes. I’m hoping to make it happen soon! ...well, by September, that is.

I've always wanted to take a year off and do North Cape to Cape Town trip. I know that will never happen.

The TAT is another one I'd love to do.

But right now... I'd be happy to make it to HH with my Rover. :ROFLMAO:

Amen to that.

In 2009 my wife and I rented a 110 for a 3 week self drive camping trip in Namibia. In 2013 we rented a 110 for 3 weeks and camped in the National Parks and Game Reserves in Botswana. Both were awesome Rover trips.

This summer we are planning a 24 day self drive in Mongolia. Unfortunately we will be renting a Land Cruiser.

We are hoping to do South America in our 110 in the near future.
