what's more impressive

was having trouble deciding what more impressive. transporting your 110 on your yacht, or hoisting it off your yacht from questionable lift points.

rack must have not been needed at the current port. just noticed it was removed, or ripped off on the first hoist attempt. 😁

I think the second pic is fake. Too much wrong with it.

The first one -- epic.

defender isnt going to last long in a sea spray environment, no mater how wealthy owner is.
If you have a yacht that size it is of little concern. They will just buy another "newer" version.

Looks photo shopped, and no one would allow that much oil on their deck!!!

The rear windows are different between the two photos.

Agreed, the front lift rings appear to be attached to the tops of the wings where there is zero structure to tie into.
Additionally as anyone who's ever lifted anything with a crane would know, there should/would be guys on the quay with lines on the 110 to control landing orientation and to prevent spin. Additionally if you look @ the second pic with the crane, the yacht dissapears/is photo shopped out beyond the stairs up.

you have to seal/oil your teak decks.....but in this case I think rust stains on the deck would be the larger concern

So I also wanted to believe it was fake....but the more I compared the two photos the more I realized that if it was photoshopped they went to a lot of trouble to make it look like the same boat. Can't explain the disappearing rack but I did find video proof.
