What have you done to your Land Rover

Got my seat box front panel back from y fabricator.

I think it turned out pretty well.

Now I can finally finish up this assembling the entire box. Still have to coat it with something though but not sure what.

My fabricator also has a fastenall set up so I was able to get my needed bolts without making another stop.

Yesterday I removed my kinked AB front brake hoses (second I've seen like that) and installed EE hoses. Also flushed the system with some fresh Land Rover Genuine brake fluid. I know I've said it in the past, but I only use this fluid because it is hard to find low viscosity brake fluid at the auto parts store. Contrary to popular belief, the Land Rover brake fluid is not Castrol LMA as this does not meet Land Rover's spec. A good alternative is Pentosin Super DOT4LV.

I also replaced both o2 sensors, spark plugs, and left front wheel bearings. I did a side to side tire rotation to help prevent cupping.

Not a thing...always something to do, but this weekend was not it. Just drove it from place to place.

Ok, not totally nothing. I did add some Blue Devil Transmission Sealer to the power steering reservoir.

And read the whole u-joint thread again and then ended up on the Tom Woods site. Sometimes I just need to back away from the computer. Have not yet reached the end of the Internet.

Still haven't fully cleaned up from the weekend wheeling. But did fix two problems the weekend revealed. Replace a seemingly defective gmrs mike, but need to test its functionality. Replacement chuck arrived from jaco. Last one lost the valve stem release when airing down.
