I dealt with Jessica. 508-533-2741. Just a note for what I did...Both knobs are 2" round, gloss finish.

I have the LT85 transmission. The shift threads where the knob screws on are 1/2"-20.

My trans box (transfer case LT230) Diff Lock knob is M10x1.5

As usual, somethings are metric and some are standard, keeps it interesting.

They took a few weeks to get them to me since the Diff Lock is a custom job but well worth it to me. Outstanding quality. Paid about $100 for both of them. Maybe you'll get lucky and since they just did the Diff Lock design for me, they should still have the design and you'll get a break on price since it is a custom order. My invoice number was 41271 if that helps.

Let me know how it goes

Awesome, thanks for the info!

Been suspecting either a bad tappet on #4 cyinder or exhaust leak....

Couldn't see anything obvious a week or so ago. Its much worse now (sometimes you have to wait). Again nothing obvious until I took out a mirror to the underside of the header/Y pipe connection on the passenger side...... Yup there it is. Gasket between the two has failed.

Out of sight but not out of my hearing.

Its much better news than a bad tappet.

Pulled the fan clutch I'd added later in the summer just to help keep everything cooler when off road and replaced it with the stock type old fan and clutch.

Used to do it using a pry bar to hold the water pump. Got the right tool for the job now. Stock type is much much quieter!

The trucks still in the shop, so it hasn’t hit the cold yet, but they did seem to warm up nicely

Help me understand how you use this tool, what does holding the clutch side do for you ? The side that usually needs to be held is the other side- the waterpump pulley/hub

It holds the bolts that are used to attach the water pump v-belt pulley to the water pump. In effect holding the water pump shaft that the fan clutch is screwed into.

Exactly. Beats the snot out of a pry bar. Primarily because you can also push it while at the same time pushing the wrench on the fan clutch but in the other direction. Loosens it so easily a Cave man could do it.

Just looked and found this https://youtu.be/QbKokx71JNY
