2 weekends ago we did this. New Galv chassis is in the back. Plan is to get it back together this weekend.
Also installed nakatenenga rear door gas strut. Well worth the money!
Been meaning to get a rear door strut. Where did you pick that one up? Any drilling? Also considering the Britpart DA1204
WOW!!! pretty ingenious doode.2 weekends ago we did this. New Galv chassis is in the back. Plan is to get it back together this weekend.
Worked on building the "new" trail rig till 5 pm Friday evening. Pushed the clutch in for the first time, backed it out of the shop, pulled it up on the trailer and hauled ass to MAR. Nothing quite like showing up for an event with an unfinished project for your initial test drive of a new build.
Need to wash the mud off and finish putting it together. Logged about 100 miles this weekend and she's a beast.

Congrats! What engine and transmission do you have in it?

Nice looking 90 :thumbsup
Sorry to derail but it looks like it fits that landscape trailer perfectly. No need for ramps either?

Sharp eye. Truck makes it look small. Thats actually a 16.5 ft deck 12k lb rated dovetail car trailer. I have moved 10k double cab 6x6 perenties with it (which are 9 inches wider than a stock D).
The damn 10 inch wide, deep offset Safari Gard rims make the truck so wide I measured it and have less than 2 inches between the side rails. You have to be perfectly lined up or it won't load as there is no turning the tires to correct.
Yeah, not pulling ramps to load this girl.
Got tired of the plastic shift knob constantly coming off so replaced it and Diff Lock knob with some quality knobs from EPOC. Very happy with them!
I?d like to get a set of those. Do you have the link?
