glue a mounting spade on the widshield ?

Yep.
Somewhere in an old thread, Mike Smith said they use the Loctite AA 312 because it was the only glue that would hold.
Well, it's been holding for more than a month now so I think we're good.

I have had a complete set of Genuine door seals sitting on my shelf for weeks. Took some time after work on Friday to put them on, really nothing quite as nice as new genuine rubber!

Washed the truck right after, and the couple of spots around the passenger door that were weeping are bone dry. :)

Finally got around to putting in the door stays as a prelude to installing the door cards.
To knackered after refereeing soccer games in 85deg temps on turf to start doing that today.

So, I replaced the stock diff with an ARB 3rd on Sunday and all was good but then for the last 2 days I kept getting a "clunk" from the general rear end area when the weight loaded or unloaded...

Got my wife to stand on the rear bumper and bounce the truck up and down so I could look underneath.
Ooops... found out there was no cotter pin in the A-arm ball joint nut and it was about half loose.

Anyone besides rockware make an a arm extension?

Well, RoverTym aka RTE used to make one.
Bill at Overtym can meke one, I'm sure.

I still have it from when my old RRC had 35"s on it.

I dont have enough lift to need a A-arm extension or even one of those 40degree joints.

I just need to keep the nut tight....

Lots done recently:

Cleaned out intercooler, adjusted the boost in the 200Tdi, put in new Heritage steering wheel, cut out bulkhead for the Mudd UK part, also threw on the Mudd seat rail extensions and ash tray. Actually feels like driving a normal truck now. If you're around 6ft or over, getting rid of the top of the bulkhead makes the car 100x more comfortable.

Up next:

Larger intercooler
New master cylinder
Rovers North Steering Rod Set
Bilstien Steering Dampener

Wow! I fixed the massive photo issue from above.

Today I relocated the propane bottle from the spare tire to the roof. I also added an almost 3' x 4' deck that is strong enough to stand on. I used Axia Alloy 1" clamps to mount it to the Safety Device roll cage.

^ that looks nice and tidy ^

I've never followed the ribbed/smooth roof issues and cage fit...
I guess your cage fits the ribbed roof just fine!
