Wanted rebuildable 300tdi injectors

Building a new set and need some functional cores, known good from a running engine is preferred.

I'll be converting them to 2.8tgv spec

Give me a week or two and I will have a set. They pop tested good so you may want to try them before you turn them in as a core. As always, pay me what you think they are worth and I'll throw them in a USPS fixed rate box. I don't have any upcoming SJC overnights for a personal delivery.

Found a shop who can get them to run 20% over. Also building a hybrid 200/300/4bt injection pump with a 12mm plunger

How are you going to up fueling without sending EGTs skyrocketing?

I am guessing bigger turbo or compounds? If there is more boost what about the heads?

When running higher duty injectors they actually insert more fuel in a shorter period of time. Same thing with running the plunger and ramp plate from the 4BT, more fuel in a smaller injection window.

The longer the injection window or the more that you increase fueling on the stock equipment the more that you're injecting outside of the correct timing for the injection event.

Therefore higher flowing 2.8 nozxles, higher injection pressures,higher volume of fuel via larger plunger and, shorter overall injection event timing via the ramp plate all equal less smoke for the same amount of fuel out of lower rated or stock equipment.

I'll also be running like 30 pounds of boost lol
