Upper rear speaker panel for 110's and 90's

Just finished a BIG installation in the shop. This 144"x60" CNC is going to be a big help in panel production. Weighing in at just over 6000 lbs, it's a HUGE step up for the shop. Started flattening slabs with it this week, and will be tooling up for speaker panel production shortly. Looking for a couple more to join this current run for a panel.

If you read through the forums here, and on "the other" forum, you will find a lot of great feedback on the panels. From fit and finish, to the vast improvement to over all sound quality, more that one would think possible in a Defender. These panels are a game changer.

I just had one person drop out of this run of panels, so there's a spot available. PM for details.

I have a very limited amount of the Genuine Ripple Grey Headliner material left (not enough for a whole headliner) but enough to do a couple speaker panels.

If you want better sound in your Defender, this is the answer. Ask anyone that has put one of these panels in, easy install, top quality build, game changer for sound.

Having a little extra light in the back end is just an added bonus!

Last run is almost through production and headed for upholstery. I have had a couple inquiries for another run, so if you are looking for a panel, PM me here.

As of late I have been getting more inquiries from outside North America, and I am looking for shipping solutions. The carrier I use only offers air service internationally, so I'm trying to find a surface solution. The box size is 60" x 12" x 4" so it's oversized. (only 12 lbs) if anyone has any connections or suggestions for shipping, please reach out!

Surface takes forever. Others might see it differently but DHL is my go to but is air. They seem to have no fear of big, heavy shipments.

Yeah, surface isn't quick by any comparison. But when I'm getting pricing from carriers for $400 to air ship to Europe, it just seems excessive. I know there are companied out there that offer 3 and 4 day service which would be fine. I see a lot of online shipping companies out there advertising, but they won't take a box more than 48" long.

@CDN38 I sent a message on Instagram, not sure which is best way to contact you. I just picked up my first defender, and it has no audio system. Looking to build something out and this looks like the best option!

Hi TK423 Congrats on the purchase. I sent you a PM with all my contact details.

Had a client send a couple photos of the panel install into a NAS 110. They went with Focal component speakers in the rear, and did a particularly nice job with the wiring and install of the crossovers and tweeter placement.

The current run is in for upholstery, am open for orders on the next run.

Current order is back from upholstery, quite a color range in this run! Ripple Grey, Black automotive vinyl, Black Alcantara, Grey automotive vinyl, another Black Alcantara, and then Alcatara Red, and 2 different brown. Quite a contrast with the before and after photos.

I'll be working on wiring in the LED's and packaging over the next week. The next run is coming up, looking for a few more orders to close up this next group.

Without a doubt, we are living through some unprecedented times in the economic trade of North America. With all the tariff happenings, I have been watching things closely. Section 321 de minimus is still in effect, "The March 2 amendments for Mexico and for Canada indicate that products of those two countries using the Section 321 de minimis duty-free exemption (a.k.a., the “$800 rule”) may continue to do so."

Panels ship ground with Purolator from my shop on Vancouver Island, and when they cross the border, UPS transports and delivers to the US destinations. There is no tariff or duty according to Section 321 de minimus.
