Upper Link / A-Arm Reassembly

Soon I will be at the stage of reinstalling the upper links and chassis brackets. The 110 is in one piece, so I don't have access from the top of the frame.

Is it easier to:

1) Install the chassis brackets to the frame first, then install the upper links?

or

2) Attach the upper links to the chassis brackets prior to installation, then attach the bracket/upper link unit to the frame?

I plan on attaching the upper fulcrum to the axle bracket, then attach the fulcrum/bracket unit to the axle, then move the axle into place.

There is room to install it in any configuration. Upper brackets then a frame with the fulcrum and ball joint installed loose . Jack axle into place and tighten up .

We put the trailing arms on the axle, a arm mounted to chassis brackets, and then roll the axle under the truck first securing the trailing arms, then install springs. and then the a arm. Hand tight on everything until in place, lower truck down so springs are under load and then tighten everything. Trey can do one by himself in an hour. You want to tighten the rear trailing arm bots and the front a arm bolts after then truck is sitting static on its own weight. If you tighten those when jacked up the bushings those bolts pass through can tear over time because they will have incorrect preload.

This exactly the process I needed to confirm my research.

Just to confirm, actual hand tightening using hands and no wrenches. Also, the order of torquing what is hand tightened does not matter, just the preload requirement, correct?

Disregard my question above. I obviously needed/need a wrench for nylocs. I've got the a arm links and mounts to chassis all bolted up and tightened, not torqued.

All... is this thread the best place to wrap up the reinstallation of the rear axle and all the suspension bits, etc. or should I add it to the thread below?
