The smoke test revealed it's cracked in back...and of course, it's unobtanium. Part ESR2691

No chance if California giving me an exception...anyone have their smog kit removed and on a shelf or in a box?

same as 93 NAS I’m pretty sure. IIRC it’s just a difference in the connector they used

think I’m sitting in a couple of them

Not the same as NAS110 I don’t think. Those are a metal tank (which rusts out). The one on the 94 and 95 D90 is unique to those two trucks (I believe). I have the one off JimC’s 95, but it’s going on my NAS110.

Oh, I’m sorry, I keep thinking that we’re talking about the evap canister up inside the front fender where the charcoal filter is. My bad

Ya, pretty sure this is just what is in the rear arch. The odd thing though is I have not seen a 14CUX ever throw an evap link code (and have seen them driving forever with broken hoses). Not familiar with carb, but is there some sort of manual test for evap leaks?

Gonna try to JB plastic weld it up, but when I take it apart I may end up with plastic pipe fittings that don't want to re-seal etc. These also seem to have some valving in them that may also be failed as people have reported same on various threads.

Hoping to find a replacement that's in better condition...

Factory flaw it turns out - just for future reference to others with this issue, the separator box was mounted to the rear tub with the bottom forward corner rubbing on the seat belt bolt, and it rubbed all the way through opening a pinhole leak. Should be able to JB plastic weld it and eliminate the problem (while re-mounting the box with some washers etc so it no longer rubs). How annoying though right? A design flaw specific to ST 90s made with a rear bench seat.

Definitely SMOKE TEST was the best advice.

Pretty sure Nigel (or Dave at the port or Bob at the dealer) installed the rear seat by hand. I have never seen one rub through.
