Hello all, first time post here. I recently replaced my y-pipe and cats along with all 4 o2 sensors. Last week I threw a code p1178, so yesterday I replaced the fuel filter. Today I threw code p1196 "oxygen sensor heater type 2 low resistance downstream". Since these o2 sensors are all brand new (Atlantic British) I am having a hard time figuring out what could be causing this code. I cleared the code today and have not yet driven it but was wondering if you guys had any ideas. For reference i have a 97 NAS D90 with the 4.0 with 92k miles. it seems to be running good otherwise.
