I have the snorkel disconnected, to see if it made any difference in the sound.

Checked with a meter. 1600 Hz or so. 96000 per minute. Turbo whine. You will hear that with a leak in the discharge piping. Pop the turbo inlet off and have a look. Make sure the turbo looks OK and is not rubbing on the housing. Then pressurize the inlet and see if there are leaks through the intake plumbing. You can do it with a compressor. It should hold pressure with little leakdown. You may need to turn the engine a bit to make sure none of the valves are in overlap.

Is the op referring to the pinging sound heard @13-14 sec and 27-29 sec.?
If you are only hearing from the back, maybe the intake manifold gasket.

Yeah I don’t hear it coming from the front of the engine. I am going to double check the gasket.
