Quick Draw just posted this yesterday on IG:

If using an analog GM auto it seems it would make things easier by not having to worry about the mapping and a TCU. Rebuilt TH400 look to sell for $1,000-1500.
Then $1,100 for a Marks TH400 to LT230 adapter:

This is what we were up there working with Chad on last month. We took a 110 up and did test fittings.
For our purposes, we only utilize stock transfercase positions so as to not change drive line angles and avoid the need for custom driveshafts.
Chad's production version won't be machined from a chunk of aluminum like pictured, they will be cast.
Also available is the Ford 6R80 which is a Ford modified under license ZF 6 spd trans that was used in LR Lr4 and L322 etc. Primary difference is that Ford took the controller and moved it to an external location. Trey and I decided against the 6R80 due to how far back the tcase had to be spaced so that the front driveshaft flange didnt hit the transmission pan flange. Put the engine too far forward in the bay.
He also now has available a bellhousing to mate the ZF 4hp22/24 to the Cummins.
I'm going to build a test rig with the ZF4HP24eh using Ashcrofts controller for the 24eh and Compushift to play with controlling shift points in a 130 I have sitting around here. Somewhat skeptical about using a 4spd, but until we've tried it we just dont know. 24 is torque rated quite a bit higher than the 22 and will hold up.
Chad/Quickdraw should be everyone's go to for one of these engines. He's purchased more than any other entity and gets the lowest pricing because of his volume.
