Superwinch Tigershark 9500SR (synthetic rope) fitted with a Factor 55 Flatlink. Winch is in good working order. It came installed on my 110 when I bought it but I ended up going with the Camel Trophy bumper/winch setup. Winch was tested before removal. Packaged and ready to ship or pickup from 90066.

SOLD

Interested... What is the age of the rope? How much sunlight has the rope seen? Has it been covered when not used?

That'd be a good question for @javelinadave as he owned it before me. I think he kept this truck in the garage. I changed the bumper and winch a couple of months after I bought it from him, so it didn't spend much time outside here in LA. The rope looks great to me.

As a side note, I wouldn't be too worried about it. I had the some synthetic rope on my old Superwinch EPi for over 10 years and used it extensively. I never had any issues with it.

You've used winches enough that if you say it's good I'm ok with that. Ropes are better now than they used to be. I saw a jeeper use his for the first time helping a stuck car a several years ago - mall crawler that sat outside all the time - and the rope tore at the clevis. It was sun bleached pretty bad.

Sending PM.

Wow, yeah I've never seen that before. The most important thing with synthetic ropes is to avoid abrasion. With the aluminum fairlead it is important to make sure you do a straight pull.
